We all know there are times when our Muse is taking a holiday and  putting a  Design or theme together for a Project can be a  little more  difficult at times.  I myself have been in this situation and the Fabric Collages   available  in the Etsy Store have developed from such a situation.  There is always the option of buying a fabric with the plan of cutting  featured areas  which can be possible with Quilting and  Patchwork  Fabrics, or uploading  a photo and transferring onto fabric,  which I did f or sometime.   Times have changed with the ability to Digitally print on Fabrics,  Wallpapers,  paper etc. to create something unique and perfect  for your creation.
